3D Laser Cutting
VDL Belgium’s machinery includes, among others, the following machines, which make it possible to tackle both simple and complex 3D laser-cutting challenges. These machines (tube lasers) make it possible to laser-cut tubes in 3D in various ways.
3D Tube Laser LT8.10
With our new 3D laser machine, VDL Belgium is opening doors for new and existing customers.
By far most well-conducting materials can be cut in 3D. The 3kW fibre laser source makes it possible to deliver accurate products at high speed.
This 3D tube laser machine is equipped with an automatic loading station. It is also possible to process a few tubes, hollow sections or profiles for a different product between large production runs, without this having a significant impact on the overall set-up or production times.
3D Tube Laser (5-axis) LT-Free
Recently, VDL Belgium’s modern machinery has been expanded with a second BLM 3D laser machine for 3D laser cutting of tubes, structures and sheet metal parts, or for highly complex applications.
This 3D laser is equipped with a dual robot loading station or an optional dual pallet table.
