VDL Belgium specialises in tube and sheet metal processing. Bending is a specialised field. At the time, we were one of the first to make it possible to bend tubes (up to Ø150 mm) with a radius of 0.8 × the diameter.

All our bending machines and tools are made or modified to our own specifications, enabling us to apply the notorious ‘bend-in-bend’ and ‘boost bending’ techniques at multiple ‘bending levels’. VDL Belgium is constantly looking for new solutions to your technical challenges.

We also place strong emphasis on cost-conscious production. After all, we are only too aware of the importance our customers attach to competitive pricing. We respond visibly to this by having our employees work closely with the end customer’s development departments at an early stage, thereby optimising the delivered design both technically and in terms of cost reduction. Our customers always benefit from our extensive know-how and experience.

Communication regarding orders, delivery schedules and invoicing takes place almost entirely automatically via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This gives us continuous insight into our customers’ production and planning. In this way, our production is adjusted daily to ensure accurate delivery reliability.
